Bleah.. thursday jus came and finally went. Can't wait for da weekends. dear and me still contemplating whether to go for the Beyond Concert....It aint gonna be cheap but we're sure its gonna be worth every cent. However for the price we gonna haf to pay ( 2 X $128) we can eat countless buffets... haha watch countless movies.... etc.... and haf so much other fun. which brings me to calculate the opportunity cost otherwise known as the next best opportunity forgone for all u non-economics freaks.
Great I won moolah last nitey...and i didnt know till now. hoho! When i checked my frequently visited website @livescore.com i tot damnit bad nite for i calculated losing $10 despite betting on 12 matches haha... at least i recovered a fair bit of it.... so I headed off to work ....jus came back checked my ladbrokes acc and hoho i actually made a $21 nett profit last nite... now i noe why... i forgot to count the swiss +1/4 match which ended in a draw. haha. thank goodness.
No. I am not encouraging betting. Its not good. Its bad. Its unhealthy. BUT YOU CANT STOP ME!!! thx to internet betting i kissed goodbye to bookies and Spools.
So what has made me post such a title? I guess i dun really know. Perhaps i am really shag today. burnt out. I see my weight dropping daily. it was 72kg... now its 68....
To u fat gals out there or those more conscious abt ur weight...here's my Poot Tip of the day.... Dun bother eatting those crappy medicine or starving urself. just follow my routine:
KANAPOOT'S TIP FOR THE HORIZONTALLY CHALLENGED
1) wake up damn early each day...( abt 5 plus am) studies have proven sleeping excessively makes u grow horizontally.
2)Never ever skip breakfast. Even if its a glass of milk. I am for milo. Gives u the energy to get to ur next destination at least. 2 slices of bread spread with nutella.
3)If u travel by public transport....dun take the feeder bus service. Walk to the mrt . I walk abt 20 mins to the mrt each morning.
4)Have a light lunch. IF your workplace only has " cai peng" or " cai fan" ask for more rice, one serving of veg and one meat. Dun skip the meat. It's a common misconception that meat makes u meatty. For gals esp...dun try to go vegetarian.. U lose lotsa blood monthly lest u r pregnant. Take the meat. one veg, some rice. and one fruit. of cos not pineapple if u are having ur P-E-R-I-O-D. I always finish my lunch with one giant slice of 40 cents watermelon.... Oh ya and dun dun dun dun dun drink soft drinks....
5)Tea break. erm wat tea break? dun bother to even grab a cuppa coffee. Bask in the lil sunshine. Thats wat i do. every break i get i go out under the hot sun...with my hp and calling my dear... no it aint really a HOT conversation but the sun helps u burn fat directly or indirectly.
6)Dinner is nice but not necessary. No lemme rephrase that. Dinner can be eaten but dun eat too much cos u dun need the calories when u reach home.
7)Sleep late at nite.... refer back to point 1.
Thats my tip for u pple who r trying to stayt lean and mean.
heh...yeap back to my day...started fine till the idiots from Accent Engineering and CMD .....spoilt my day... specialist my ARSE!!! poooey! Now its double work aka back to square one... we gotta do the flow again. I swear I will nv work for them when i graduate.
